Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing the primary exclusive content and materials promised to their members, such as videos, podcasts, music, photography, written works, downloads, or other creator-specific benefits.
This service focuses on community management, communication, planning, and publishing, rather than producing the client's underlying creative work.
Turnaround & Communication
Monthly content will be planned according to an agreed schedule. Materials and information required for scheduled posts must be provided with sufficient time for preparation and approval.
Routine communication and community management are handled during agreed working periods. This service does not include 24/7 monitoring, unlimited messaging, or on-demand availability.
Please Note
This package does not include professional photography or videography, advanced video editing, production of exclusive membership content, paid advertising, or management of additional social media platforms unless separately agreed upon.
Additional posts, meetings, platforms, or services outside the monthly scope may be quoted separately.
